We’re getting bigger and bigger…
Shadbolt Group are thrilled to announce ANOTHER new addition to the team.
Starting last month, Andy has joined the practice taking on the role of Project Architect, following a rapid influx of work for our Architectural department.
He said: “Joining Shadbolt Group is a fantastic chance to work within a great team, expand my knowledge, enhance my skillset, and further my career. The opportunity to work within a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment is a wonderful prospect.
“The Architectural department have made me feel incredibly welcome, as have the wider team.”
With over 20 years experience behind him, the addition of Andy will mean that we can continue to deliver and maintain our high standards of work, as well as having the capacity to compete for new work.
Over the past twelve months, the department has grown rapidly, becoming increasingly more busy after securing multiple major national clients, which has led to the Architectural department, in particular, doubling in size.
Ian, Associate Director of Architectural, said: “Andy has settled in well, impressing us with his knowledge base and experience. He is a fantastic addition to the team, and we look forward to seeing his progression in the coming months.
“It’s always good to be busy, but we also want to ensure that we can maintain our level of service, so it has been essential that we expand to keep delivering to a high quality. Andy is already showing his capability of running projects, as well as bringing a fresh outlook on how to continue to improve our service.”
In addition to Andy, two Architectural Technologists were also brought on board earlier this year – Ati and Scott. This has allowed the department to share workloads out more efficiently and given staff the chance to lead their own projects.
