We are delighted to announce the elevation of three members of staff following a strong year-end.

“As a company, we love to reward hard work, and these three staff have worked extremely hard throughout their time at Shadbolt.”
Each year, Shadbolt holds reviews to assess each employee’s performance, analyse previous year targets, and set new ones for the following 12 months.
Mike continued: “When elevating staff to more senior roles, we are assessing where we envision the company in the next 5 to 10 years, and who we see at the helm driving that success.

Aside from promotions, Shadbolt Group has taken on three new staff in the past 12 months, with further opportunities to hire across both Geo-Environmental and Civil departments.
