Hardys Head Office, Alnwick

Shadbolt Group have been working alongside Hardys of Alnwick to design a new head quarters for their world renowned fishing brand.

With 100 staff working from the premises on Willowburn Trading Estate, the facility is not no longer fit for purpose. Therefore, the new HQ will accommodate all current staff as well as open up new opportunities for expansion.

The design compromises of purpose-built manufacturing facility, as well as a showroom and retail complex.

The building is planned for land owned by Northumberland Estates and zoned for development at a site next to the Hoggs Head Inn at Cawledge, on the southern outskirts of the town. The firm said the plot is ideal for their expansion plans, being right alongside the A1.
