Shadbolt Group have been working alongside, Northumberland Group Ltd, on yet another luxury residential housing development.

Meadow View, compromises of five luxury four and five-bed homes, all with unique individual designs, nestled in the beautiful countryside, only a short distance from the historic village of Longframlington.

The houses are oriented to provide outstanding, uninterrupted views across the Northumberland landscape from both the front and rear elevations.

Although our full Consultancy was involved in this project, our Architectural department was responsible for the striking design of these modern homes.

Combining red brick with highly sought-after grey wood paneling, full height anthracite grey windows with juliet balconies, and matching anthracite composite doors.

Although the development is still under construction, reserve deposits have been taken on all five units which are set to be released in early 2023 once landscaping is complete.
