What do you find most challenging about your role?
Time management.
What skills do you need to be good at your job?
Patience, understanding and the ability to juggle.
What do you see as the big trend for your specialism in the next five years?
Asbestos in the ground and emerging contaminants.
What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Setting up a new geo-environmental division from scratch 10 years ago and seeing it go from strength to strength.
What might someone be surprised to know about you?
I got married in Las Vegas at the Graceland Wedding Chapel……. (I’m still married and have two kids!)
What do you enjoy most about your role?
The diversity of the projects and the people we work with on a day to day basis.
What did you do before you joined Shadbolt Group?
I was an Associate Director within a large multi-national, multi-disciplinary consultancy to the built environment.
